PAMPER YOURSELF WITH CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI BAKE

This dish never fails to please. This is truly "Mama's recipe": thank you Claire Kosinski!

INGREDIENTS

2 breasts of chicken, cubed

A dozen florets of broccoli (usually 1 large or 2 small broccolis)

2 tins of condensed chicken soup

300ml of thick cream

Two tablespoons of Mayonnaise

Salt and pepper

3 tablespoons of curry powder

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Bread crumbs

Fry up the chicken pieces in olive oil until cooked and the desired brown hue

Prepare the broccoli separately by steaming it for a few minutes. Do not cook fully

Mix all the liquids and spices and add to the arranged chicken and broccoli in a gratin dish. Add the juice from the chicken

Bake at 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C for about 45 minutes

Either before or halfway into the bake, add the breadcrumbs on top for a crispy finish!
